When I was introduced to Permaculture, and watched Geoff Lawton’s “Greening the Desert”, I suddenly knew with absolute certainty that I had found my soul's work on this planet. I began practicing permaculture techniques within a garden tended by a beautiful community in the heart of Bozeman, Montana. They taught me how to grow food with the rhythms of the season, and I applied permaculture techniques of caring for earth and people, and we all shared the abundance. This led to joining the board of Paradise Permaculture Institute in Livingston, Montana, which led to bringing Mark Shepard to create a water management system and a model for sustainable agriculture in our unique ecoregion. Mark invited me to join the Restoration Agriculture Development team, and so I am a consultant in training!

Meanwhile, my love for herbalism led to deeper studies of energetic medicine, understanding quantum physics, and using regeneratively grown food, cultivated and wildcrafted herbs and plants, as medicine. These two passions of earth care and people care came together when I learned about the Soil Food Web in Dr. Elaine Ingham’s Foundational Classes. Understanding that a healthy soil microbiome is what populates our gut microbiome led me down the path of finding the easiest way to gain health personally, for my family, and ultimately my community. Rising inner consciousness is the key to fitting easily back into nature, allowing her to support healing journeys and our incredible body’s ability to regenerate. Just as always happens, the universe sends out the answer to the questions one didn’t know they were asking, and I reconnected with Katri Nordbloom, the creator of FootZonology® and related Zoning techniques and treatments. This powerful modality allows each recipient to reconnect to their inner blueprint, to reach the highest expression of their unique Self. Their gifts and perspectives become clear, and they begin to act for the highest good of All.

I believe a New Earth is meant to be cocreated with God, and one does not need to wait to begin cultivating the new spirit and mindset, skills and works, to bring this reality into being. In fact, the growing collective awareness that this needs to begin Now is exciting to behold.

Today, I practice care for the earth and care for people/living creatures simultaneously as I offer restoration design in agriculture, along with regenerative health services and education.
