FootZonology® is the study of the signal system in the feet—the body’s built-in communication network that links directly to the DNA in every cell and, from there, to your inner blueprint (the map of your healthiest, most balanced self).
Think of the feet as the foundation and the keyboard of the body. When that signal system is accessed and worked with, it can help prompt the body to rebalance, renew, and reconnect at a cellular level.
Each session uses two complementary approaches:
ZoneBalance® systematically works to restore disrupted connections in the body’s energy pathways, help clear unfavorable imprints in the DNA code, and realign that code with the inner blueprint. The aim is to support cellular renewal in line with your blueprint, raise overall life energy and awareness, and bring the four lower bodies into better alignment.
ZoneAnalysis® is the assessment side. By reading or feeling the signals in the feet, the practitioner can notice where the DNA code appears disconnected from the blueprint. This can include residues or disturbances linked to diet, food and drink, heavy metals, additives, or drugs; signs of bacterial, parasitic, fungal, or viral activity; and emotional or mental patterns that show up through the feet.
A typical session lasts 60-85 minutes. You remain fully clothed, sit in a comfortable chair, and the work is done only on the lower ankles and feet.
Important prep notes:
Please avoid washing your feet for a few hours before the appointment. Also, do not apply any oils, lotions, or salves to the lower legs or feet within 24 hours of your session—these can interfere with the practitioner’s ability to clearly feel the signals.
